Featured project GCN Donation Forms (2016)

Took initiative designing new donation forms and donor-facing webpages, making them more user-friendly and reducing as much friction as possible, resulting in a 120% increase in online donations over each of the previous three years.

Clean interface with no distractions; suggested giving amounts; large, tactile amount buttons (actually stylized radio buttons and labels—hooray CSS!)
Required information broken down into 3 easy steps; credit card information inside a darker box to convey a sense of security. Once ZIP code was entered, city and state fields would appear, automatically populated via backend ZIP code lookup
